Halloween at Victor, Shaw & McCue isn’t just about costumes and candy. It’s about connection. On Friday, October 31, our team gathered for the firm’s annual Halloween party, a tradition that has become something of a marker for who we are as a firm. There were creative costumes, way too many sweets, and a few moments of good-natured competition. But more than that, there was an energy that can only come from a team that trusts one another, respects one another, and enjoys each other’s company.
